Business Development Manager
Job Brief
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to identify and target new business opportunities in KSA and create strategic plans to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. This role involves lead generation, market research, proposal development, contract negotiation, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
Driving Business Growth
- Take an active approach toward identifying new Commercial Design and Fit Out opportunities in KSA.
- Coordinate and assist in the proposal process to ensure it meets client requirements.
- Target, qualify, and participate in related business tenders, then monitor and manage tender activities.
- Create development plans and growth projects.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop a business growth strategy for Turnkey Fit Out & Furniture Supply projects, focused on financial profit and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct deep research to identify profitable targeted business opportunities, including clients, partnerships, or new products.
- Follow, attend, and report key related national and regional business events, build relationships with industry partners, suppliers, and prospects, and stay updated with new Fitout and furniture industry trends.
- Collaborate with digital marketing, graphic design, and interior design teams; coordinate/lead to enhance rankings, increase organic traffic, and build a strong company image targeting the right audience.
- Maintain healthy long-term relationships with clients, business partners, and suppliers.
- Prepare monthly activity reports and quarterly goal achievement reports.
Education
- BSc/BA in Business or Marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, preferably in construction or interiors industry.
- Sharp negotiation and networking skills (KSA or UAE – mandatory).
- Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to explore profitable markets, analyze competitors, uncover opportunities, and spot trends using monthly data.
Job Types
Full-time, Annual Contract, package salary and 1–2% revenue commission.
