Sales Executive
CRC specializes in commercial Interior Design and Turnkey Fit Out services and has been in the KSA market since 2010. We are offering here a full-time sales role, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar fields for sales and projects hunting profitable projects. The role will be responsible for presenting company profile, follow up, and closing new profitable Design & Fit Out projects deals.
Role Description:
- Conduct market research to identify and pursue new profitable business opportunities within the Fit Out and furniture sectors.
- Approach the relevant consultants and real estate developers for qualifying our company’s services with them.
- Prepare regular reports and provide feedback to the management on market conditions and needs.
- Good understanding of targeted clients and type of projects to avoid valuable time waste through chasing low profile projects.
- Develop healthy relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and stay close to their potential projects in the medium and long term.
- Prepare professional presentations & proposals that align with client expectations and company capabilities.
- Attend related business events locally and regionally.
- Stay informed about industry trends and compile data on market, competitive products, and pricing regularly.
Expertise / Skills / Personal Attributes
- Proven experience in Fitout & Furniture sales is preferrable.
- Excellent time management.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and oral presentation skills (English and Arabic).
- Proactive, result-oriented and able to work independently.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales (Fitout in KSA) is an advantage.
- A good condition car is a key requirement (mandatory).
